Training pants
Training leggings are often a first choice for many when doing a workout, but a good training pants are also a good alternative. Leggings are typically characterized by being tighter on the body and often a bit thinner than pants, which are more roomy in fit. If the workout is to be done in a gym, it can be good to have garments that are not too thick, but if you are going to be active outdoors, it is practical to have pants that provide more warmth.
Training pants can be used both as running pants in the summer and also work well as ski pants in the winter. The fabric in our training pants is not very thick so they can be used for several purposes, but with the help of a layer of wool base layer, the pants are perfect as cross-country ski pants. Most hiking pants are equipped with practical pockets and drawstrings at the waist, making the garments very functional when going for a hike.
Yoga pants
Yoga pants are characterized by their loose fit, often with wide legs so that you feel complete freedom of movement. The pants are therefore often made seamless and thin in fabric. Yoga pants are made for yoga and other low-intensity training but are also appreciated by many as everyday pants. The pants are often black, stylish, and very versatile. This makes them easy to style with everything from training tops to knitted turtlenecks.
Flared pants
A big trend on the market today is flared pants. These pants come in several variants, including lounge pants with flare. Flared pants with slit is a variant that is also very popular among Norwegian women today, especially for jeans. In the broad range of flared pants, these can be used both for training or everyday wear; here it is the fabric that determines the best use for the garment.
Flared pants are well liked as the fit gives a nice silhouette. The pants are often high-waisted and wide at the legs, which can give a better illusion of nice shapes and can make you look taller—something many women appreciate.
Jogger pants
In addition to the soft velour lounge pants, we offer several different variants of jogger pants. Comfortable pants are always something you need and can be used both for training and everyday wear. Famme has jogger pants in classic colors, making them easy to style with various hoodies and crewnecks.
How you want to complete the look helps determine which activities the outfit should be used for. The fit of the pants will also be a decisive factor—whether the jogger pants are baggy or tight-fitting. If you plan to spend the day at home, jogger pants can easily be matched with a hoodie, and at the gym, it can be nice to combine jogger pants with a training top so the body can breathe better during the workout.

Dress pants
When you want to dress up a bit, it’s nice to have a dress pant available. Like most pants, these can be styled up depending on what you are doing, and by wearing a crewneck over it, dress pants can also be used for everyday wear. If you are going out to dinner with friends or going out on the town, dress pants are also a great alternative, and can be styled up with a top and some nice jewelry.
Dress pants are mostly in neutral, stylish colors such as black and white. This makes the options for matching with other garments large. A white dress pant can therefore be reused again and again just by changing the top—sustainable and economical!
Hiking pants
If you are going on a long hike, it can be good to have hiking pants that withstand weather and wind, and that are thicker and more insulating than training pants. Both of our hiking pants are waterproof and stretchy, equipped with practical pockets.
If the hike will be in the summer, we recommend the Fly DWR pants as they are a bit thinner in fabric, which can be comfortable to wear when the temperature is high. This lightweight training pant is also easy to pack in your bag. The Field slacks are, on the other hand, great to use if you are going on a more extensive and colder trip. These hiking pants are robust, comfortable, and have good stretch, making them perfect as mountain pants.
